For most of us, living what we label as “The Dubai Life” has been on halt since lockdown began earlier in march and though the life of entertainment outside has dwindled, the one behind shut door’s just got more thrilling now.

On the 30th of October 2020 Global village is set to hold the biggest rock concert ever and you  just secured an invitation.

The rocking 1000 is being labeled as a “once in a lifetime opportunity” for musicians, singers and artists worldwide as they prepare to take the stage for Global Village’s Silver Jubilee Opening season featuring over 2,500 artists from UAE and worldwide.

They believe (Fingers crossed) that this may be the world’s biggest virtual rock concert ever hosted. I mean, no surprise there right? When has Dubai not gone above and beyond for every event that’s been hosted. Except, this time, you may have the chance to be a part of it all.

Potential artists who’ve been waiting for their moment in the spotlight may finally have the chance to and it’s completely hassle free aswell. So how do you get involved?

All you have to do is send in a recording of yourself performing along with the completed application on http://www.rockin1000.com/ . After that is underway, a team of experts will assess your application and contact all the participants who have been shortlisted.

Zaffagnini , the creator of Rockin 1000 has stated “Like Global Village, Rockin’1000 is full of extraordinary, passionate people spanning generations and cultures. From newbies to professionals, from kids to grandparents, from metalheads to jazzmen, Rockin’1000 welcomes everybody… We are calling for artists of all levels to join us on this wonderful journey.”
